CIDE and the Ford Foundation have teamed up to do research related to the drafting of federal and state budgets, how the government expends these funds, and auditing procedures.  

 

     Prize for Innovative Programs in Municipal Governments

 

This is a fantastic effort to promote the innovative activities of municipal governments in México. This year I was invited to evaluate one of the programs (in Mexicali, Baja California) that reached the semifinals. The project is headed by Prof. Enrique Cabrero (CIDE) and funded by the Ford Foundation.
